Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO)

IO3 Control Facility and Cochran Stormwater

The IO3 Control Facility (TJ Meenach CSO) and Cochran Stormwater at Grace project involved the construction of a 1.4 million gallon underground concrete CSO tank with mechanical and electrical facilities including sewer pumps and force mains. The project included constructing the Cochran stormwater treatment and infiltration facilities, roadways, storm and CSO sewers, water mains, sidewalks  and curbs.

CSO 6

The City of Spokane Combine Sewer Overflow #6 project was a new 900,000 gallon cast-in-place concrete control facility with site piping, electrical and mechanical control rooms, and odor control units.

CSO 34-3

The City of Spokane Combined Sewer Overflow 34-3 project involved building a new 1MG cast-in-place concrete control facility with site piping, electrical and mechanical control rooms, and odor control units. The project final grading included a park landscape with sidewalks and gates.

Kendall Yards Storm Water Facility

The City of Spokane/Kendall Yards Storm Water Facility project involved constructing a cast-in-place storm water tank with 4 submersible pumps, yard piping, and electrical control elements. Adjacent to tank location was a 72" sewer pipe that required protection with a soldier pile and lagging wall system. The project also included the installation of new manholes and piping in a heavily used roadway during a short road closure window.

CSO 10

The Spokane Combined Sewer Overflow #10 project was a cast-in-place concrete sewer control structure complete with flush tanks and associates hydraulic/mechanical equipment. Constructed was restricted by the projects location in the middle of a Spokane neighborhood where hours of operation, noise, and interference with traffic flows required coordination for the project's success.

CSO 42

The Spokane Combined Sewer Overflow 42 Project was a cast-in-place concrete sewer control structure with flush tanks and associates electrical/mechanical equipment. The project was constructed on an extremely tight site that required the use of a shoring system to support existing utilities during construction.

CSO 16/18

The Spokane Combined Sewer Overflow 16/18 project was a $1.7M cast-in-place sewer control structure with flush tanks and associates electrical/mechanical equipment. The project was constructed on a highly sensitive archeological dig site with significant excavation restrictions imposed by the Spokane Tribe, and the City of Spokane.
