Since our founding in the fall of 2006, Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC has performed both prime and subcontractor work, with a concentration in the heavy civil arena. Specifically, Clearwater has built both Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities, vehicular and pedestrian bridges, reservoirs, cut and cover tunnels, combined sewer overflows, fish hatcheries and dam projects.

While Clearwater has certainly built a wide range of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, our focus has always centered around WATER! Whether building structures that contain it, control it, re-direct it or go over it -- WATER has been the common thread running through everything we do.

SERVICES

General Contractors

As a general contractor, Clearwater manages every aspect of construction on the project. Self-performing majority of the work, including structural concrete, site and mechanical piping, as well as all facets of equipment installation and startup.

Design Build Contractors

Partnering with Owners and Engineers, Clearwater has been involved in multiple Design-Build Projects. Although Design-Build projects are still fairly new in our area and industry, Clearwater is excited for new opportunities with this procurement method.

Structural Subcontractors

One of Clearwater's area of expertise is in Structural Concrete. On occasion, we are called upon by General Contractors to subcontract the structural concrete portion of a large project.
