 Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC provides Structures Subcontracting Services throughout the Pacific Northwest, to provide General Contractors in the Heavy Highway, Water, Wastewater, and Fisheries sectors, with quotes on the Structural Concrete elements of their projects.

Our Structures Subcontracting services can be utilized by General Contractors to augment their own direct perform crews, or as a stand alone subcontract.









Our Subcontracting Services provide flexibility to Prime Contractors by:
Allowing Primes to bid projects that would typically be self performed, even when the prime doesn’t have the supervision or craft people currently available to do the work.
Allowing Primes to bid larger projects than their own self perform supervision and craft people can take on.
